No Sales Tax

Why no sales tax? The obligation to collect state sales tax stems from operating stores or facilities in each particular state. Aurista Coin Classics operates only out of sales tax free Delaware, and thus, is not obligated to collect sales tax for any state as protected by United States Supreme Court ruling National Bellas Hess, Inc. v. Department of Revenue (Illinois), 386 U.S. 753 (reaffirmed by the recent Quill decision).

Depending upon your local laws you may be responsible to file a state “use tax” directly to your state on any transactions in which sales tax was not collected.
